Once you sign up and we upload your timeshare, anytime someone wants to purchase your time share, they will email you with an offer. From their you can accept the offer and begin making negotiations or just say 'thanks' but the offer is too low. If you get someone who would like to rent your property, it's simple, contact your resort and tell them you will have someone rent your property.
