Instructions for Ordering Yearly Refills

Time to re-order - your annual refill contains a total of 85 pages, which includes 12 page monthly calendar, 26 week daily/weekly planner and an additional 19 customized pages for you to choose, all for the low price of $15.00.
Use this Form to tell us exactly what you would like in your yearly Refill. Now that you have had your Milzer a year or close to a year, we know that you will choose the best 19 pages that will continue to assist you in organizing your career. We made it easy for you as well, we have defaulted 19 standard pages for you, in case you can't decide which pages will meet your needs. Once you are logged in and choose the pages you want for your refill, you have three options to choose from.
One - Submit the form now prior to 1 October 2009, pay for your refills today and you we will ship your refills on 1 October 2009 automatically.
Two - Submit your from today and we will wait until you tell us when to charge your card.
Three - You submit your refill order when ever you are ready to order.
How to order yearly refills
- Use the drop-down menu to determine the number of pages you would like as an annual refill in your Milzer. (The number shows a standard refill order)
- Click 'Submit' to submit form to the Milzer Company. We will automatically keep it on file.
- Click "Order Now", to pay for your refills today. (omit this step if you are submitting your form for us to keep and bill you prior to October shipment)
