LISTED ARE THE ENDS AND OUT OF WHAT YOUR MILZER CAN REALLY DO
TO DO
TO-DO is used for those main task you need to track. Use this for high level, high priority task you do not want to forget. If it can be done in 24 hours- 3 days, I would not use up my TO-DO sheets. You can record that under your daily calendar. These sheets are for major events or task you must complete in a dedicated time.
The TO-DO pages have 4 dedicated fields. High/low priority or just a description. Once you complete at task, put a check mark instead of crossing it out that way you can see what you completed. The Date field can be used when you start or when it a task is due, it's your choice. The Link allows you to place the page you have more detailed information located, a date on a calendar or phone number.
(Option)
Use high priority or low priority to record important information you have
to do in a timely manner.
Get
extra To Do sheets and title each one for the things you want.Example. If I am an Operation’s NCO, I
may have a To Do just for my task.If I am a Commander, I may have a To do of evaluation reports to
follow-up or one To Do of upcoming events.
To Do
allows you to track those thing you need to do now, why not customize it
so you can keep track of different events/mission on individual sheets.Above the words ‘To Do’ we left it blank
so you write in your won title. It’s your organizer – organize it your
way!
To Do Military
This is not just any ’to do’ list. It shows Immediate, mid-range and long range planning, plus, it breaks each sheet down into Top and Low priority items.
You can also use an individual To Do sheet exclusively for one event. Example, let's say I'm in charge of Safety as an additional duty, I can right safety under 'high priority description' and use that page for just safety to-do. You can have one for each of your duties. The Need extra To-Do - click here
Immediate – Your military to do sheet track those items you need to do right now.
We know as military Soldier, you have task that your commander or senior NCO wants you to do now, so your immediate ‘to do’ list are the task that are due in the next 90 days.
Short-range - With the short-range ‘to do’ list, you can record tasks that are due in the near future that may come due soon. So this sheet is for anything due in the next 90 – 180 days.
Long-range - Sometimes you know that special task you have been avoiding a year out, will show its ugly face soon, so why not track it now! This sheet is for task 180 days plus. Can you ask any better way to organize your military workload?

Daily/Weekly
We know you are busy but we also know you do not want to get bogged down with dates and information. The daily weekly allows you to track daily but also see everything as a weekly glance. The top of the page allows you to put the date in yourself. If you are going on 15 day vacation, you don't have to use extra sheets. It has a place for daily to do, I recommend you use this for items that you have to do in 24 hours. Notes are those quick notes you can right in for a single day; drop off uniform or pick up cat food. Plus, you can use the note column if you need more space in your daily 'to do'. This weeks events is for all you main events for that week, you an use it for birthdays and anniversaries as well. Every week you should take the 12 month calendar and record all of your event son the daily weekly for the next week in this area. What calls or emails I have to do return today. My appointments, just circle which day your appointment is on and the time. If you have more than 4 appointments in one day, shame on you! Get back to work! And last but not least the temporary duties that gets you out of the office. You can put the start date and the end date. If you are gone for a week, you can put this on your monthly calendar and record it here. Keep in mind you can use this for other quick trips as well. Going to the store, going to a meeting going across town.
MISSION & EVENTS
Mission /Eventsat a glance
Do you ever just get overwhelmed with projects, missions and events in the Military?Do you have a way to see everything at once without putting it on a white board?Well, with your new Milzer, you can see all at one glance and the task you need to do for each. This replaces the white board over your desk, now you don’t have to take the entire office to the meeting or right down your status, just bring your Milzer! This sheets allows you to prop your Milzer like an easel. Record the mission or event up top between the brackets and then list the task needed to be done. Example, let's say you have a Dinner event arriving with your General or Admiral and you are in charge or have certain task. Don't forget those high speed mission you go on also. We could tell you but........ will let you figure it out!
Your binder also works as a white board for this section. Just lay it down and turn it the opposite way so that your mission at a glance faces you. You can keep this on your desk this way, so that you may see what you are working on. It just like the white boards but now you can display it anywhere
