Shipping Policy

 

Rates may change

We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories.

3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing

  • Orders received before 5 p.m.Central Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Central Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
  • Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Central Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend delivery
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.


Return Policy


How do I return something to The Milzer LLC?

At The Milzer LLC, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging within 7 days once you receive your Milzer.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. Packaging must be returned in good condition with a minimum amount of pages written upon. Excessive pages missing or written on will not be accepted as a valid return.

4. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the above conditions. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer defect.

5.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.

To Return Merchandise:

Please call (337) 377-8278 or send us an email at return@themilzer.com to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. Remember to state the reason for your return, provide customer number and type of payment. If credit card, please send last for of credit card number you used and the expiration date. Include on the package the RA (return authorization) number. Include this packing slip with your return, wrap the package securely, and send the package to the address listed below. For your protection, we recommend that you return product using an insured method of shipping. The Milzer Corporation is not liable for lost packages.
